(NYSE: BMR) today announced that its board of directors has declared a third
quarter 2007 dividend of $0.31 per share of common stock. The dividend is
equivalent to an annualized dividend of $1.24 per common share.
BioMed also announced that its board of directors has declared a dividend
of $0.46094 per share of the company's 7.375% Series A Cumulative Redeemable
Preferred Stock for the period from July 16, 2007 through October 15, 2007.
The dividends are payable on October 15, 2007 to stockholders of record at the
close of business on September 28, 2007.
