As General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Business Development, Ms. Harnett heads ZipRealty's legal department and oversees all of the Company's legal and compliance matters. Ms. Harnett also leads ZipRealty's advertising and marketing services team and is responsible for all corporate and marketing partnerships, new business ventures and advertising.

Ms. Harnett joined ZipRealty in 2005 and previously served as Legal Counsel and Assistant General Counsel. Before joining ZipRealty, Ms. Harnett was an associate with the law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in the firm's Palo Alto office where her practice focused on employment law and trade secret matters for public and private technology companies. Ms. Harnett is a graduate of California State University Chico and Santa Clara University School of Law.
