Welcome to the Investor Relations website of Metalico, Inc. Our company is a diversified metals recycler and manufacturer with over 800 employees throughout the United States. Metalico is the country’s largest lead fabricator, other than batteries, with lead manufacturing and recycling facilities located in Alabama, California and Illinois. Metalico also manufactures aluminum de-ox products using the newest melting technology and furnace design. Our scrap metal facilities serve the Western New York State, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey and Canadian markets, providing scrap processing, railcar loading and transportation services. Refractory metals, principally molybdenum, tungsten and tantalum, are recycled at our Tranzact facility in central Pennsylvania. Four facilities, located in New Jersey, Texas and Mississippi, process used catalytic converters, recycling platinum, palladium, and rhodium, known as PGM's (Platinum Group Metals).
