Popular Restaurant Destination Opens First of Two Local Locations Slated for
                                  Late-2008

LAS VEGAS, Nov. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Einstein Bros.(R) Bagels invites friends, residents and commuters to celebrate the grand opening of the newest location in Las Vegas at the intersection of Maule Ave. and S. Rainbow Blvd. as we open for business on Tuesday, Nov. 25.

"We are building up tremendous momentum in the Las Vegas market. This is the first of two local Einstein Bros. restaurants that will open before the end of the year," said Garry Teal, regional business director for Einstein Bros., a brand of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group (Nasdaq: BAGL). The restaurant is located at 6870 S. Rainbow Blvd. and will be open between 5:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Sunday.

Spanning nearly 3,000 square feet, the restaurant seats up to 58 guests in an atmosphere that combines the energy of the local neighborhood with a tradition of great tastes, textures and aromas. For added convenience, the restaurant also has a patio that seats up to 20.

Einstein Bros.' diverse menu offerings include signature sandwiches, fresh baked breads, home-style soups, tempting sweets, artisan roasted coffee and its award-winning bagels.
