HENDERSON, Nev., Aug. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Einstein Noah Restaurant Group (Nasdaq: BAGL), the nation's largest operator of bagel bakeries, continues to expand the Einstein Bros.(R) Bagels brand with the opening of another restaurant in the Las Vegas market Saturday.

The location at 9470 S. Eastern Ave., Henderson, Nev., 89074, will become the 11th Einstein Bros. in the Las Vegas market when the grand opening takes place on August 11 and 12. During the two-day event, guests will be able enjoy a sampling of Einstein Bros. bagels and other menu items, as well as the new Bros. Blenders(TM), and Aidells(R) Sausages, which are available in Einstein Bros. famous Bagel Dogs, from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

"The people of Las Vegas will soon have an even more convenient location to pick up their favorite Einstein Bros. food," said David Wilton, director of operations for the Southwest region. "We're pleased to offer them another comfortable neighborhood meeting place where they can enjoy our craveable food."

Featuring 2,864-square-feet, the new restaurant will seat up to 64 guests in an atmosphere that combines the energy of the local neighborhood with a tradition of great tastes, textures and aromas. Einstein Bros.' diverse menu contains high quality offerings, including signature sandwiches, fresh baked breads, home-style soups, tempting sweets, artisan roasted coffee and award-winning bagels. This restaurant is one of several new Einstein Bros. locations planned to open across the nation in 2007.

The restaurant, managed by Cindy Cunningham, will be open from 5:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays.
