Reuben Mark has been a director since July 2004. Mr. Mark served as Chairman of the Board of Colgate-Palmolive Company from 1986 to December 2008. Mr. Mark served as Chief Executive Officer of Colgate-Palmolive from 1984 to July 2007. Mr. Mark joined Colgate-Palmolive in 1963 and held a series of senior management positions in the United States and overseas before being appointed Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Mark served as a director of Time Warner Inc. from 1993 to May 2009, Pearson plc from 1990 to 2006, and Citigroup Inc. from 1996 to 2003.
