Belfast-based Global Email Company Limited - gem - to Provide Customer Service Support for's Worldwide Customer Base
SEATTLE, Jul 24, 2001 -- Northern Irish specialist customer service provider global e-mail company limited ( has announced an alliance with online retailer ( to enhance its worldwide customer service network.

The three-year contract begins in September 2001. The agreement, which is subject to gem shareholder approval, also provides that Amazon will take an equity position in gem.
