p.m. EDT to discuss changes made to its segment reporting structure.
In January 2007, Genworth announced it would reorganize into three
reporting segments, Retirement & Protection, International, and U.S. Mortgage
Insurance, and would report its group life and health business as discontinued
operations, effective January 1, 2007. A revised fourth quarter 2006
financial supplement reflecting the new segmentation will be posted on the
company's website, http://investor.genworth.com, on March 29th before the
market opens.
