Barclays Capital Inc. is the sole book-running manager of the offering and Halozyme has granted the underwriter a thirty (30) day option to purchase up to 1,245,000 additional shares. Halozyme intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes and to support further research and development of its product candidates.
