comprehensive 120-day action plan by the company's new management team
and Board of Directors.
Key elements of the plan include the following:
1. Evaluate the company's LCoS(TM) strategic opportunities with a
target of improving corporate profitability.
2. Evaluate the company's corporate infrastructure and processes
with the aim of reducing costs, optimizing allocation of assets, and
improving productivity, profits, and overall performance.
3. Evaluate how the company does business in China with a focus on
quality of earnings in China and increasing worldwide sales.
4. Broaden the company's supplier base with additional major Asian
ODM/OEM/EMS relationships, such as Compal, TCV, Foxconn, TECO, and
