MILWAUKEE, Aug 17, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Norlight Telecommunications, Inc., a Wisconsin-based provider of integrated voice and data solutions for businesses, wholesale services, and video and satellite services, has been recognized by The Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee as a 2005 "Beyond the Paycheck" best places to work award-winner. Norlight is a Journal Communications company (NYSE:JRN). Beyond the Paycheck is a yearly awards program acknowledging southeastern Wisconsin companies that provide a quality work environment, along with excellent benefits programs. Norlight was recognized for its employee development, peer recognition, management style, internal communication and more. "Our Guardians of Data are our greatest asset. It's our steadfast goal to provide the training, advancement opportunities, benefits and culture that will let Norlight continue to be recognized as a great place to work."
