MILWAUKEE, Jun 09, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Journal Community Publishing Group, Inc., a subsidiary of Journal Communications, Inc. (NYSE:JRN) today announced the sale of the Pelican Press and PelicanPress Marketplace businesses to The Observer Group, Inc., a Florida Corporation. The Pelican Press businesses operate in Sarasota, Florida. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
