Lenox Square Grill Opening Soon in Buckhead

Simon Property Group Secures New Concept from Local Restaurateurs

ATLANTA (May 29, 2009) – Simon Property Group’s Lenox Square, one of the premier shopping destinations in the Southeast, announces the addition of another signature restaurant this fall with the opening of Lenox Square Grill, a new concept from CentraArchy -- the esteemed hometown company that owns Tavern at Phipps, New York Prime, Joey D's and California Dreaming.

Lenox Square Grill will open as a full service restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner daily at the main entrance of Lenox Square in the location formerly occupied by The Clubhouse. The menu will feature traditional comfort foods while the stylish, classic decor will feature dark wood accents and floors. The restaurant’s atmosphere will suit families while also appealing to Atlanta's business diners for casual breakfast or lunch meetings. During the evening, patrons can expect a lively bar atmosphere with signature cocktails.

“We’ve seen such remarkable success from local restaurant operators in Atlanta. CentraArchy Restaurants is a great example, with proven concepts that really stand the test of time while maintaining a loyal patronage from Atlanta diners,” comments Tisha Maley, assistant vice president of leasing for Simon Property Group. “We’re looking forward to another strong partnership with CentraArchy and continuing that tradition with Lenox Square Grill.”

Lenox Square Grill will accommodate more than 300 guests and include an extensive outdoor seating area along with several private dining rooms. The restaurant is expected to open in fall 2009.
