AIDA Career Days 2017: Set sail for a job at sea

Informative Career Days on board the AIDA fleet

Those interested in the many entry-level and career advancement opportunities on board the AIDA fleet will once again have a chance this year to inform themselves in detail at the AIDA Career Days. The first AIDA Career Day this year takes place in Hamburg on March 4, 2017, aboard AIDAprima. After that, potential crew members can get insights into their dream job on board AIDAdiva in Rostock on May 9 and 19, and on July 4, 2017.

At the AIDA Career Days, qualified individuals will have the opportunity to demonstrate their theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the areas of wellness, beauty, retail, photography and gastronomy. They are also granted an insight into everyday life and work aboard a modern cruise ship and given information on staff benefits. Crew members from the respective areas guide the visitors through the ship, relating their personal, first-hand experiences. The program also includes personal interviews and Q&A sessions with colleagues on board and HR decision makers. Those who convince and also pass the subsequent selection process will receive a contractual commitment and the opportunity to travel to the most beautiful parts of the planet together with their new floating workplace.

"We offer an attractive working environment and outstanding career prospects in a vast array of different areas. With the AIDA Career Days we give cruise-loving applications a comprehensive and intensive insight into the exciting working world on board AIDA," says Haike Witzke, Vice President Human Resources Management.

Anyone interested can apply now to attend the AIDA Career Days 2017 by visiting www.aida-jobs.de, where further information on current job postings on shore and at sea is also available with just a few clicks, along with details of entry-level and career advancement opportunities at AIDA Cruises.
