AIDA Cruises is once again Top Employer in Germany
AIDA Cruises was once again recognized as "Top Employer Germany 2015" by the international research company Top Employers Institute. <?xml:namespace prefix="o" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"?>
Conducted annually, this study analyzes globally leading employers. Ratings are given for the company’s offers in the areas of human resources planning, training and career planning, manager development, compensations & benefits, corporate culture, and more.

In January 2015, AIDA Cruises was also recognized for the second time by news magazine Focus as one of the top employers in 2015 in the tourism industry. In the largest survey of its kind in Germany, Focus collaborates with Xing and kununu to identify the top employers with over 500 employees from 22 sectors. The representative survey is based on the reviews of employees from all hierarchical levels and of all ages.
AIDA Cruises is one of the fastest growing and most financially successful tourism businesses in Germany. The company currently employs 6,900 people from 40 countries; 6,000 work on board and 900 at the company headquarters in Rostock and Hamburg. As a cruise line and tour operator, AIDA Cruises currently operates and markets a fleet of 10 state-of-the-art cruise ships. The ships are operated in compliance with the highest international quality, environmental, and safety standards. The AIDA fleet will expand to twelve ships by 2016.
