Results of Annual Meeting - Current Report on Form 8-K

MIAMI (April 22, 2014) – Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) held its annual shareholders’ meetings on April 17, 2014 in New York, New York, United States of America, and has announced that all of the resolutions recommended by the Boards of Directors were passed at the annual general meetings.

Its joint current report on Form 8-K was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 22, 2014 regarding the voting results at the annual shareholders’ meetings. A copy of the joint current report on Form 8-K, has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.
