Our company requires that every employee and member of the Boards of Directors use sound judgment, maintain high ethical standards and demonstrate honesty in all business dealings.
Carnival Corporation & plc established an ethics and compliance program to promote the company’s commitment to achieve and maintain a high standard of professional and ethical conduct. We have allocated significant resources to the ethics program and will continue to strive for excellence in this regard. We also play an active role in in collaborative efforts to improve ethical business conduct around the world. For example, our company is a charter member of the Maritime Anticorruption Network (MACN) which is comprised of over thirty maritime companies that have joined forces to combat corruption affecting the maritime industry. MACN members share best practices, collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and mitigate the root causes of corruption and attempt to raise awareness of corruption-related challenges.
