|Joey A. Jacobs|
CHAIRMAN, PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Jacobs co-founded PSI and has served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer since April 1997. Prior to founding PSI, Mr. Jacobs served for 21 years in various capacities with Hospital Corporation of America ("HCA," also formerly known as Columbia and Columbia/HCA), most recently as President of the Tennessee Division. Mr. Jacobs' background at HCA also includes serving as President of HCA's Central Group, Vice President of the Western Group, Assistant Vice President of the Central Group and Assistant Vice President of the Salt Lake City Division.
Mr. Jacobs currently serves as a Director for numerous health care industry organizations, including the Federation of American Hospitals, the National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems and the Monroe Carell, Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. In addition, he is on the Board of the Nashville Health Care Council, which is an association of health care industry leaders working to promote the continued growth of Nashville as the nation's health care capital, and he will serve as Chairman for the 2009-2010 year. Mr. Jacobs received the 2004 Southeast Entrepreneur of the Year Award presented by Ernst and Young and the 2007 Emerald Entrepreneurial and Excellence Award in the "Public Company Executive, Growth" category, awarded by Emerald Asset Management.
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
Mr. Turner has served as the Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration since August 2005 and previously as Vice President, Treasurer and Investor Relations since February 2003. From April 2002 until joining us, Mr. Turner served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for a privately-held owner and operator of schools for children with learning disabilities. From November 2001 until March 2002, Mr. Turner served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for The Brown Schools, a provider of educational and therapeutic services for at-risk youth. From 1996 until January 2001, Mr. Turner was employed by Corrections Corporation of America, a private prison operator, serving as Treasurer from 1998 to 2001.
|Jack E. Polson|
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Mr. Polson has served as Chief Accounting Officer of PSI since August 2002. Prior to being appointed Chief Accounting Officer, Mr. Polson served as Controller for PSI since June 1997. From June 1995 until joining PSI, Mr. Polson served as Controller for Columbia Healthcare Network, a risk-bearing physician health organization. From May 1992 until June 1995, Mr. Polson served as an internal audit supervisor for HCA.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Mr. Fincher has served as Co-Chief Operating Officer since October 2008. He had served the company as a Division President since April 2003. As a Division President, Mr. Fincher was responsible for managing the operations of multiple inpatient behavioral health care facilities owned by the company. Prior to joining PSI, Mr. Fincher served as a Regional Vice President of Universal Health Services, Inc. from 2000 until 2003.
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, GENERAL COUNSEL AND SECRETARY
Mr. Howard has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of PSI since September 2005, when he joined after a decade at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis. While at Waller Lansden, Mr. Howard focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance and corporate governance issues. From 1991 to 1995, Mr. Howard worked with Bradley, Arant, Rose & White. He is a member of the American, Tennessee and Alabama Bar Associations.
|Kathy L. Bolmer, PhD|
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE
Kathy L. Bolmer, Ph.D., has served as Executive Vice President, Quality and Compliance, since November 2006. In 1994, Dr. Bolmer opened an international behavioral healthcare consulting firm focusing on regulatory compliance and clinical quality, serving as President and CEO, until coming to PSI. Dr. Bolmer has served as a professional and technical advisor to the Joint Commission and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and co-chaired the President's New Freedom Commission subsequent Acute Care Work Group under the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
|Steven T. Davidson|
CHIEF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Mr. Davidson has served as Chief Development Officer of PSI since August 1997 and has more than 20 years of health care experience. Prior to joining PSI, Mr. Davidson was the Director of Development at HCA from 1991 until 1997. Mr. Davidson also served as a Senior Audit Supervisor and Hospital Controller during his term at HCA, which began in 1983, where he supervised audits of hospitals and other corporate functions. Prior to joining HCA, Mr. Davidson was employed by Ernst and Young LLP as a Senior Auditor. Mr. Davidson is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OF OPERATIONS
Ms. Lyro has served as Chief Financial Officer of Operations since August 2008. She previously served as a PSI Division Chief Financial Officer from July 2005 through August 2008. Prior to joining PSI, Ms. Lyro served as Vice President, Group Operations for Community Health Systems, as well as Chief Financial Officer in a number of healthcare facilities.
