wireless semiconductor company focused on radio frequency (RF) and

applications, today announced that Gregory Waters has joined the
company as vice president and general manager of the company's
Cellular Infrastructure and Wireless Data Business unit which includes
discrete and passive semiconductors, GaAs switches, ceramic products
and multi-chip modules supporting cellular infrastructure and wireless
LAN markets.
Waters most recently served as senior vice president, Strategy and
Business Development at Agere Systems and previously as vice president
of their Wireless Communications business. Prior to his Agere
experience, Waters held a variety of senior management positions
within Texas Instruments including director of network access products
as well as director of North American sales.
