President and Chief Executive Officer
David J. Aldrich, 56, is president and chief executive officer (CEO) for Skyworks Solutions, Inc. He assumed this position in June 2002 when the company was created from the merger of Alpha Industries and Conexant Systems wireless business. Prior to assuming his role at Skyworks, he served as president and CEO of Alpha Industries, a position he held since April 2000. He joined Alpha Industries in 1995 as vice president and chief financial officer and held various management positions in the ensuing years, including president and chief operating officer. Prior to this, he held senior management positions at Adams-Russell and M/A-COM.
Aldrich received a bachelor’s of arts in political science from Providence College in 1979 and a master’s in business administration from the University of Rhode Island in 1981. In 2004, he was named Ernst & Young New England Entrepreneur of the Year in the Semiconductor category. In addition, Aldrich is a board member of Belden (NYSE:BDC), a $2B company focused on high speed networking cables and connectivity products for data networking applications.

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Donald W. Palette, 56, is vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) for Skyworks Solutions, Inc. He joined the company in August 2007. Prior to joining Skyworks, he was senior vice president of finance and controller of Axcelis Technologies, Inc., a publicly-traded company that supplies capital equipment to global semiconductor manufacturers. Prior to joining Axcelis, Palette held various financial executive management positions throughout his career at Simplex Corporation, and Bell & Howell Publications Systems Company.
Palette holds a bachelor of business administration in finance from Kent State University and a master's degree in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Executive Vice President and Corporate General Manager
Liam K. Griffin, 47, is executive vice president and corporate general manager, responsible for all of Skyworks' business units. Previously, he served as the executive vice president and general manager of high performance analog for Skyworks Solutions, Inc. Prior to this, he served as the company’s senior vice president of sales and marketing since joining in September 2001. Before joining Skyworks, he was the vice president of worldwide sales at Dover Corporation. He has also held product management and process engineering positions at AT&T's Microelectronics and Network Systems' businesses.
Griffin received a bachelor’s of science in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts and a master’s of business administration from Boston University. In addition, Griffin serves on the board of Vicor Corp. (NASDAQ: VICR), a designer, developer, manufacturer and marketer of modular power components and complete power systems.
|Bruce J. Freyman|
Senior Vice President, Worldwide Operations
Bruce J. Freyman, 53, is senior vice president of worldwide operations for Skyworks Solutions, Inc. He joined the company in May 2005. Prior to this, he served as president and chief operating officer (COO) of Amkor Technology and also held various senior management positions, including executive vice president of operations from 2001 to 2004. Earlier, Freyman spent 10 years with Motorola managing their semiconductor packaging operations for portable communications products.
Freyman received a bachelor’s of science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Massachusetts and a master’s of business administration from Florida Atlantic University.

Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales
Bradley C. Byk, 50, is senior vice president of worldwide sales for Skyworks Solutions, Inc. He joined the company in April 2011. Prior to joining Skyworks, Byk served as senior vice president of sales for the Americas and strategic accounts at Broadcom. Prior to this, he held various sales and management positions throughout his career at Advanced Micro Devices, FEI Microwave and TRW.
Byk received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Long Beach State University and a master’s in systems management from the University of Southern California.

Vice President, Corporate Development
Thomas S. Schiller, 42, is vice president of corporate development for Skyworks Solutions, Inc. He joined the company in August 1993 and is responsible for mergers and acquisitions activities, strategic planning, corporate communications and intellectual property development.
Schiller earned a master's of business administration from the University of Southern California with specialization in entrepreneurship and finance as well as a bachelor's degree in social sciences with emphasis in economics and political science from the University of California, Irvine. In addition, Schiller has completed executive education programs at the University of California, Los Angeles and at Suffolk University, Boston.

Vice President, Quality
Kenneth J. Huening, 52, is vice president of quality for Skyworks Solutions, Inc. Prior to joining Skyworks, he was vice president and general manager of the automotive and military business unit at Maxim Integrated Products. During his 30 years at Maxim, he also served as vice president of quality, customer service and strategic accounts, as well as managing director of quality, QA director and QA manager.
Huening earned a master’s of business administration from Pepperdine University, a bachelor’s of science from DeVry Institute of Technology and has completed executive educational work at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
|Mark V.B. Tremallo|
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Mark V.B. Tremallo, 57, is vice president, general counsel and secretary for Skyworks Solutions, Inc. He joined the company in April 2004. Prior to joining Skyworks, he was senior vice president and general counsel at TAC Worldwide Companies, an $800 million technical workforce solutions provider. Prior to this, he was vice president and general counsel at Acterna Corp., a global communications test equipment and solutions provider. Earlier, he served as general counsel and secretary at Cabot Safety Corporation.
Tremallo earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Harvard University and is a graduate of Columbia Law School, where he specialized in international law.
