INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 30, 2012-- Bryan Bedford, Chairman, President and CEO of Republic Airways Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: RJET), will present at the Deutsche Bank 2012 Aviation and Transportation Conference on Thursday, Sept. 6.

Mr. Bedford will present commentary on the Company's relative position in the airline industry, and provide update on the Company's year-to-date financial and operational performance. He also will discuss Republic's plans to separate its fixed-fee and Frontier operations and the restructuring of the Company's small-jet operations.
