| Republic Airways Reports a 47% increase in December 2005 Traffic |
INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 5, 2006--Republic Airways Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:RJET), today reported preliminary passenger traffic results for December 2005. The company generated 443 million revenue passenger miles (RPMs), a 46.8% increase over the same month last year, while available seat miles (ASMs) increased to 639.3 million, a 41.9% increase. Load factor was 69.2% versus 66.9% in December 2004. A total of 815,492 passengers were carried during the month, a 24.5% increase over the same month last year.
