Republic Airways Completes Acquisition of Frontier Airlines
INDIANAPOLIS, Oct 01, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Republic Airways Holdings (NASDAQ/NM: RJET) today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Denver-based Frontier Airlines Holdings.
