Ian Massey has served as a director since January 2006. He is executive vice-president at Republic Financial Corp., a Denver-based investment company. Massey oversees the activities of Republic's corporate marketing and communications, private equity, and aviation and portfolio groups, as well as the operations of Comergy, a Republic portfolio company. He also is a member of the Board of Directors of Vought Aircraft Industrie Inc. Prior to joining Republic Financial, he was chief financial officer at Airbus Industries in Toulouse, France from 1991 to 2001.
