ManTech Awards Two BMWs in Cleared Employee Recruitment Campaign; Cars, TVs and Other Prizes Used in Successful Promotion to Draw Attention to ManTech's Advanced-Skilled, National Security Job Openings

FAIRFAX, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 5, 2006--ManTech International Corporation (Nasdaq:MANT), a leading provider of innovative technologies and solutions focused on mission-critical national security programs for the Intelligence Community; the Departments of Defense, State, Homeland Security, and Justice; the Space Community; and other U.S. federal government customers awarded two BMWs to employees recently as part of its very successful recruitment campaign to attract cleared, advanced-skilled job candidates. A car, two plasma TVs and two Apple iPods were awarded to recently hired employees whose names were selected in a drawing. A second car was awarded to a ManTech employee who referred one of the hired candidates during the campaign. The two cars were presented to the employees by George J. Pedersen, ManTech Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Robert A. Coleman, ManTech President and Chief Operating Officer, in a ceremony at ManTech's corporate headquarters last week.

The employees who received cars, shown in the attached photo, were: Joel Folkerts and Charles "Chuck" Hardy, Jr.

The recruitment campaign began last fall when ManTech announced that it would give away a BMW to a cleared job candidate who was hired between September 1, 2005 and March 31, 2006 - and another BMW to an employee who referred one of those hired candidates. The two winning employees received their choice of either a BMW 330i, or a BMW Z4, from BMW of Sterling. Four additional awards of two plasma TVs and two Apple iPods were also presented to recently hired cleared candidates.

Due to rapid growth and high demand for its advanced technology solutions and services from the federal government, ManTech has hundreds of job openings each month. ManTech held the BMW give-a-way to raise job seeker awareness of its many challenging, national security related openings. The recruitment campaign significantly increased traffic to ManTech's 'Careers' Web site, its recruitment job fairs and also boosted hiring for key openings.
