Tom Greco, President and Chief Executive Officer
Tom Greco joined Advance Auto Parts in April 2016 as Chief Executive Officer and member of our Board of Directors. Tom became President and Chief Executive Officer in August 2016.
Prior to joining Advance, from September 2014 until April 2016, Tom served as Chief Executive Officer, Frito-Lay North America, a unit of PepsiCo, Inc. (“PepsiCo”), a leading global food and beverage company. As Chief Executive Officer, Frito-Lay North America, Tom was responsible for overseeing PepsiCo’s snack and convenient foods business in the U.S. and Canada. He previously served as Executive Vice President, PepsiCo and President, Frito-Lay North America from September 2011 until September 2014 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Pepsi Beverages Company from 2009 to September 2011. Tom joined PepsiCo in Canada in 1986 and has served in a variety of positions, including Region Vice President, Midwest; President, Frito-Lay Canada; Senior Vice President, Sales, Frito-Lay North America; President, Global Sales, PepsiCo; and Executive Vice President, Sales, North America Beverages. Before joining PepsiCo, he worked at The Proctor & Gamble Company. Tom is a dedicated supporter of many charitable organizations including the American Heart Association Heart Walk in Dallas and Raleigh, JDRF, Building Homes for Heroes and United Way.
Tom earned a bachelor’s from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario and a master’s from the Richard Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario.
Bob Cushing, Executive Vice President, Professional
Bob Cushing joined Advance Auto Parts in January 2014 via the acquisition of General Parts International, Inc., which included the wholly owned subsidiary, WORLDPAC, Inc. ("WORLDPAC"). He has held his current position as Executive Vice President, Professional since August 2016 where he is responsible for the operations of our professional sales team in addition to WORLDPAC.
Bob joined WORLDPAC via the acquisition of Metrix Parts Warehouse in 1999 and was named WORLDPAC’s President and CEO in January 2008. Prior to serving as President and CEO, he served as Executive Vice President, Sales and Operations for the U.S. and Canada from 1999 to 2007. Prior to joining WORLDPAC, Bob held executive-level sales, marketing and operations positions with Metrix Parts Warehouse, Inc., Interco Parts Corporation and Robert Bosch Corporation.
Bob earned a bachelor’s and Finance MBA from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York.
Tammy Moss Finley, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Tammy Moss Finley joined Advance Auto Parts in 1998 and has held her position as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since May 2016.
Previously, Tammy served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from January 2015 to May 2016 and Senior Vice President, Human Resources from March 2013 to January 2015. She was Vice President, Employment Counsel and Government Affairs from March 2010 to March 2013 and Vice President, Employment Counsel from September 2007 to March 2010. From January 2003 to September 2007, Tammy served as Vice President, Staffing and Team Member Relations. Her first role with Advance was Assistant Vice President, Human Resources which she held from March 1998 to January 2003. Prior to joining Advance, Tammy worked as a labor and employment attorney with The Center for Employment Law, PC, and as a Staff Attorney with the Virginia Supreme Court.
Tammy earned a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech and a juris doctorate degree from the College of William and Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law.
Leslie Starr Keating, Executive Vice President, Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation
Leslie Keating joined Advance Auto Parts as Executive Vice President, Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation in March 2017.
Prior to joining Advance, Leslie served as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain for Frito-Lay North America from 2008 until her retirement in March of 2017. In this role, she was responsible for all aspects of the company’s supply chain in the United States and Canada, including manufacturing, warehousing and transportation. She oversaw a $6 billion cost base with 37 plants, 160 warehouse locations and an organization of 22,000 associates. From 2004 to 2008, while serving as Vice President, Commercialization and Supply Chain, she oversaw the integration and transformational agendas while leading the Service and Distribution functions. Additionally, Leslie was Vice President, Logistics and Warehousing for Frito-Lay from 2001 to 2004 and Vice President, Operations for Frito-Lay’s North Division from 1998 to 2001. Over Leslie’s 31-year career at PepsiCo, she was a mentor and sponsor of Diversity and Inclusion and was recognized by PepsiCo with the Harvey C. Russell Inclusion Award. Leslie was a founding member of what is now the Women’s Inclusion Network for Frito-Lay. Leslie joined PepsiCo in 1985. Before joining PepsiCo, Leslie held leadership positions with Procter and Gamble.
Leslie graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. She also holds an Executive MBA degree from Georgia State University.
Tom Okray, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Tom joined Advance Auto Parts as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in October 2016.
Prior to joining Advance, Tom served as Vice President, Finance, Global Customer Fulfillment, of Amazon.com, Inc. (“Amazon”), an Internet retailer, from January 2016 to October 2016, and as Vice President, Finance, North American Operations of Amazon, from June 2015 to January 2016. Prior to joining Amazon, Tom was employed by General Motors Company, a global automotive company, from July 1989 to June 2015, in a variety of finance and supply chain related roles, culminating in his position as CFO, Global Product Development, Purchasing & Supply Chain, from January 2010 to June 2015.
Tom earned a bachelor’s in chemical engineering from Michigan State University, and a master’s from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. He has also participated in a Transformational Leadership Program through Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
Natalie Rothman, Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Natalie Rothman joined Advance Auto Parts as Senior Vice President, Human Resources in May 2016.
Prior to joining Advance, Ms. Rothman served in human resources leadership roles at PepsiCo for almost 10 years, including Senior Director, Human Resources for Global Foodservice, a division of PepsiCo. She was responsible for the foodservice division’s talent strategy, recruitment, training and development, organizational health, and employee relations. She also held human resources leadership roles in PepsiCo’s Retail Beverages, Pepsi-Cola North America and within PepsiCo's Corporate division. From 2003 to 2006, she worked as an employment attorney with the law firm Brown Raysman in New York, handling corporate labor and employment legal issues for a variety of clients, including several large international corporations. Prior to Brown Raysman, she served in recruiting and talent management roles with The Estee Lauder Companies, FreeRide.com, LLC and Gundersen Partners, LLC.
Natalie earned a bachelor’s from Ithaca College, a master’s from American University and a juris doctorate degree from Brooklyn Law School.
Jeff Shepherd, Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer
Jeff Shepherd joined Advance Auto Parts as Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer in March 2017.
Prior to joining Advance, Jeff was employed by General Motors Company from September 2010 to February 2017 in various accounting and finance roles, including Controller – General Motors Europe from July 2015 to February 2017, Director – Consolidation and SEC Reporting from June 2013 to July 2015 and Director – Analysis and Reporting from September 2010 to June 2013. Prior to joining General Motors, Jeff worked for Ernst & Young, a public accounting firm, from October 1994 to September 2010.
Jeff earned his bachelor’s in accounting from Central Michigan University and is a certified public accountant.
Maria Ayres, Division President, South
Maria Ayres joined Advance Auto Parts as Division President for the company’s North Division in March 2017. In June 2017, Maria became Division President of Advance’s South Division.
Prior to joining Advance, Maria was employed by BrightView Landscape Services, a KKR private equity portfolio company, where she served most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. She previously held the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager with BrightView. Prior to that, Maria served in a variety of leadership roles with PepsiCo from 2007 to 2015, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Global Costco business; Vice President and General Manager, Club and Mass Channel; and Region Vice President, Mountain Area. Maria has also held various sales and operations leadership positions with Corporate Express and Coca-Cola Enterprises.
Maria earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Georgetown University.
Mike Creedon, Jr., Division President, North
Mike Creedon joined the Advance Auto Parts family of companies in December 2013 as President, Autopart International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Advance. In June 2017, Mike became Division President for the company’s North Division, including Autopart International, after serving as Division President for several of the company’s Northeast regions since February 2017.
Prior to joining Advance, Mike served as Vice President and General Manager of Sensormatic, LLC – North America Sales and Operation from 2010 to 2013. Sensormatic is the retail security division of Tyco International (U.S.), Inc. Prior to his role with Sensormatic, Mike served in multiple leadership roles within Tyco International and ADT Security, another division of Tyco.
Mike earned his bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College and a certificate of finance from the Chicago Graduate School of Business.
David McCartney, Division President, Carquest North America
David McCartney joined Advance in January 2014 with the acquisition of GPI and has served in his current role as Division President, Carquest North America since June 2017 where he is responsible for the company’s Independent and Carquest Canada businesses. He began his career with Carquest in January 1985.
Prior to his current role, David served as Division President for the company’s South Division from April 2016 to June 2017. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Store Operations from January 2014 to April 2016. With Carquest, David served in a number of leadership roles including President, Carquest U.S; President, Chief Information Officer (CIO), GPI Technologies, LLC; Executive Vice President, Supply Chain; Senior Vice President, Inventory and Pricing; and Senior Vice President, Distribution Center Operations. David has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the automotive aftermarket in sales, operations and supply chain.
David earned his bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University.
Mike Broderick, Senior Vice President, Merchandising Inventory, Replenishment and Store Operations
Mike Broderick joined Advance Auto Parts as Senior Vice President, Professional Sales in December 2016. He moved to the role of Senior Vice President, Merchandising in March 2017 and added Operations Support to his responsibilities in June 2017.
Prior to joining Advance, Mike worked for Canadian Tire Corporate as Senior Vice President, Automotive from 2014 to 2016. Before Canadian Tire, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Vehicle Component Solutions Segment at Federal Mogul Corporation from2012 to 2013. Previously, he served as President, GPI/Carquest from 2009 to 2012 and Senior Vice President, Sales for the company from 2008 to 2009. Mike began his career with AutoZone where he served in multiple field and operations roles including serving as Vice President for the company’s Northeast Division from 1999 to 2008.
Mike earned his bachelor’s degree from Assumption College.
Yogi Jashnani, Senior Vice President, Marketing, Insights and Analytics
Yogi Jashnani joined Advance Auto Parts as Senior Vice President, Marketing, Insights and Analytics in June 2017.
Yogi joined us from Capital One Financial Services where he worked since 2006. He brings deep customer focus and analytical expertise to his role at Advance. Most recently, he was responsible for Digital Marketing to Capital One’s consumer and small business credit card divisions, with a focus on lead generation, direct marketing and acquisitions. During his time with Capital One, Yogi specialized in business strategy development and pushed industry boundaries to establish best in class practices in areas like customer focused design, marketing technology, machine learning and agile methodology.
Allison Bubar, Vice President, Strategy, Market Expansion and Real Estate
Allison Bubar joined Advance Auto Parts in 2010 and has served in her position as Vice President, Strategy, Market Expansion and Real Estate since July 2017.
Prior to her current role, Allison served as Vice President, Strategy and Transformation since May 2016 where she played a key role in launching the company’s strategic business plan and established the company’s Transformation Management Office. From 2013 to May 2016, Allison served as Director, Strategy and Integration where, following Advance’s acquisition of General Parts International, Inc., she established the company’s Integration Management Office and served as lead program manager for the integration. Previous leadership roles with Advance include serving as Director, Commercial Strategy and Manager, Commercial Marketing. Before joining Advance, Allison worked for Stanley Black and Decker.
Allison earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina and her masters’ from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.
Nicole Jefferies, Vice President, Chief Transformation Officer
Nicole Jefferies joined Advance Auto Parts as Vice President, Chief Transformation Officer in July 2017.
Prior to joining Advance, Nicole was a global executive at Lenovo, the world’s largest personal computer company, since 2005. Most recently, she served as the company’s Executive Director, Global Supply Chain Customer Fulfillment where she was responsible for the on-time delivery of Customer orders and driving supply chain capabilities to address Customer requirements. Before this role, she was Executive Director and Chief Transformation Officer for Lenovo’s Data Center Group, where she was responsible for deploying processes, tools and organizational capabilities to deliver operational efficiency and revenue growth. From 2011 to 2015 she served as Executive Director, ThinkPad Business Operations. Prior to these roles, Nicole held various leadership positions with Lenovo, IBM and Hewlett-Packard in supply chain, product development, global account sales, strategy and finance.
Nicole earned her bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah and an MBA from Duke University. From a personal perspective, she has a passion for racing cars. On weekends when she is not racing, she is a high-performance driving coach for national motorsports organizations and a volunteer instructor for teen defensive driving schools.
