Chris Holland Named ARAMARK Vice President and Treasurer

PHILADELPHIA, Dec 19, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- ARAMARK Corporation (NYSE:RMK), a world leader in managed services, today announced that Chris Holland joined the company as Vice President and Treasurer, reporting to Fred Sutherland, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective December 19. Holland replaces Barbara Austell, who has chosen to retire from the company.

"Chris has broad experience in financing and acquisitions with a variety of Fortune 500 companies, and he will be an excellent addition to ARAMARK's Finance team," said Sutherland. Holland joins ARAMARK from J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., where he has held positions of increasing responsibility since 1988. Most recently, Holland served as Vice President, Investment Banking, where he had primary responsibility for managing J.P. Morgan's investment banking relationships with companies in the medical device sector, helping them with mergers and acquisitions and the underwriting of debt and equity securities.

Holland earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science at Drew University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University.
