PHILADELPHIA, May 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Aramark (NYSE: ARMK) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08625 per share payable on June 9, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 20, 2015.
