Aramark Extends Exchange Offer for 5.75% Senior Notes Due 2020
  

PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Aramark announced today the extension of the offer to exchange up to $1,000,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the 5.75% Senior Notes due 2020 of Aramark Corporation (the "Issuer") that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933 for a like principal amount of the Issuer's outstanding unregistered 5.75% Senior Notes due 2020, to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on March 10, 2014, unless further extended.  The Issuer is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aramark Holdings Corporation ("Aramark").

The terms and conditions of the exchange offer are set forth in the Issuer's prospectus dated January 13, 2014.

The exchange offer had been scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Monday, February 10, 2014.  As of 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on February 10, 2014, the Issuer had been advised that approximately 99.9% of outstanding unregistered 5.75% Senior Notes due 2020 had been validly tendered to the exchange agent by the holders thereof.
