Obtaining Account Information online via www.computershare.com
Through Computershare's Investor Centre Web site¹, you can manage your shareholder account online. Enjoy full access to all your account holdings and perform transactions conveniently. With Investor Centre you can:
- View your account details, account balance and transaction history
- Change your address and certify your tax identification number
- Retrieve duplicate tax forms
- Enroll in online delivery for proxy material
- View instructions on transferring shares and download various standard forms
- Access stock quotes and price history
Investor Centre Registration
If you are a first-time user, you will need to create a login to gain full access to Investor Centre. Visit Investor Centre’s Express Registration page and provide your Tax ID number and Zip Code for immediate full access to your account. The Alternative Registration page allows you to register using your Account number and Zip Code or Family Name. Shareholders using the Alternative Registration page will receive an authorization code in the mail and instructions on how to access your account the next time you log in.

Computershare's interactive voice response system provides many of the same services available on their Internet site and is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can also contact a customer service representative during business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday.
