2007--INFICON (SWX Swiss Exchange: IFCN), a global leader in advanced
instrumentation designed for fast, on-site detection of toxic
chemicals and for instrumentation and process control software for the
semiconductor and other industries, has received an order from the
State Environmental Protection Administration (SEPA) of the People's
Republic of China for its HAPSITE Chemical Identification System.
Commencing in the first quarter of 2008, INFICON will ship 38 HAPSITEs
and accessories to SEPA for environmental monitoring in major
provinces and cities throughout China.

chemicals in air, soil and water, confirming the presence of chemical
threats in high-risk situations. The company has sold these products
to U.S. and other military organizations worldwide, state and city
