How can I obtain information on ATP?

	ATP does not currently have a direct stock purchase plan. NASDAQ: ATPG common stock can be purchased through a brokerage firm of your choice.

	ATP has not declared or paid cash dividends on its common stock. The Company currently intends to retain all future earnings to finance future growth, and therefore does not anticipate paying any cash dividends in the foreseeable future.

	ATP does not currently pay cash dividends on its common stock and, as such, does not have a dividend reinvestment plan.

	Prior to going public, ATP was owned 100% by its employees. As of December 2010, ATP Management and employees own approximately one-third of the company.
