Biography PhotoBruce White
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

As TeleCommunication Systems’ (TCS) senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, Bruce White is responsible for overseeing TCS worldwide legal affairs including litigation, intellectual property and corporate matters. TCS contracts, human resources, strategic intellectual property and government affairs organizations also report to Mr. White.

Prior to joining TCS in 1995, Mr. White was director of commercial contracts for ARINC, Inc., where he was the company focal point for international and environmental contracts. He was previously a civilian contracting officer for the U.S. Air Force.

Mr. White has had extensive experience in contracts, securities, intellectual property and M&A transactions. He has served as adjunct faculty at Anne Arundel Community College, teaching courses in business law.

Mr. White received a bachelor of business administration degree in finance from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, and his juris doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
