Retired Lieutenant General Jan C. Huly joined the TeleCommunication Systems (TCS) board of directors in January of 2009.
Lt. Gen. Huly retired from the Marine Corps in 2006 after nearly 37 years of service.
In his last assignment as Deputy Commandant, Plans, Policies and Operations, Lt. Gen. Huly was the principal operations officer for the Marine Corps. This included staff coordination for operational matters, combat readiness, and security. Lt. Gen. Huly is a member of the Department of Defense’s Defense Science Board and is a board member for the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation.
Lt. Gen. Huly holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a master of arts degree from Central Michigan University.
