The purpose of the Hotline is to provide a method of communicating directly to our Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of all potential illegal and unethical activities. Anyone may call the Hotline at any time to ask questions as well as report any suspected illegal or unethical behavior or other violations of our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (also located in the Corporate Governance section on the Company's website). All calls will be treated seriously and shall be confidential. Callers will not be required to provide their names and no effort will be made to identify the caller who requests to remain anonymous. Our Audit Committee will investigate each call received and ensure that the appropriate follow up actions are taken.
