Endo to Announce Second Quarter 2012 Financial Results on August 7, 2012

CHADDS FORD, Pa., July 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Endo Health Solutions (Nasdaq: ENDP) will announce its second quarter 2012 financial results on August 7, 2012 and will host a conference call and webcast at 8:30 a.m. ET that day to discuss these results.

David P. Holveck, president and CEO of Endo, Julie McHugh, chief operating officer, Dr. Ivan Gergel, executive vice president of R&D, Alan Levin, executive vice president and chief financial officer, and Blaine Davis, senior vice president, corporate affairs will host the call.
