Tom holds the position of president and chief executive officer. Prior to joining Integer, he was President of CTI Solutions Group and General Manager of Functional and Molecular Imaging for General Electric Medical Systems. Earlier in his career, he worked for the Van Owen Group Acquisition Company and Duracell, Inc.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Michael is responsible for developing and executing the company’s long term financial plan, securing the capital to fund the plan and communicating financial guidance and performance to our Associates and investors. Michael has served as Integer’s EVP & CFO since 2012. Prior to that, Michael served on the Integer board of directors from 2008 to 2012. He also has responsibility for the Information Technology (IT) function.

Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Jeremy is executive vice president & chief operating officer, a position to which he was appointed in October 2016. In that role, he is responsible for strengthening the company’s operational and quality performance. From October 2015 until his appointment as COO, Jeremy had served as president of our Cardio & Vascular product category business where he was responsible for driving profitable growth for that product category, which is primarily focused on the vascular access, cardiovascular & structural heart, peripheral vascular, neurovascular, urology & oncology and electrophysiology markets. Jeremy had been with Lake Region Medical since 2007 until its acquisition by the company, most recently serving as the company’s Executive Vice President, President and Chief Operating Officer, Cardio & Vascular Business.

Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Kristin is responsible for shaping the strategic direction, executing business plans and developing the organization's culture, capability, and talent to deliver consistent performance and sustainable growth. Prior to joining Integer, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for MTS Systems in Minneapolis, MN. MTS provides industry-leading testing and sensing solutions to global markets. Kristin previously served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Lawson Software, a provider of global software applications. She currently serves as Co-President of the HR Executive Forum and is a member of the Human Resources Executive Council and i4cp Client Advisory Board.

Jen is responsible for driving profitable growth for the Electrochem product category, which provides battery solutions for the energy, military and environmental markets. Jen has been with Integer since 2005 most recently serving as Vice President, Supply Chain and Operational Excellence. Prior to that she held the position of Vice President, Operations for Electrochem.

Tony is responsible for executing the strategic plan to drive profitable growth for the CRM & Neuromodulation product category. Tony has been with Integer since 2005, most recently as Vice President, Operations, Greatbatch Medical Mexico.

President, Advanced Surgical & Orthopaedics
Declan is responsible for driving profitable growth for the Advanced Surgical & Orthopaedics product category. Advanced Surgical is comprised of the endoscopy, laparoscopy, arthroscopy, general surgery, orthopaedics, spinal, women’s health, portable medical and drug delivery markets. Declan joined Lake Region Medical in 2001 and most recently held the position of President, Advanced Surgical Business.

Senior Vice President, Quality & Regulatory
Joe is responsible for collaborating with leaders across the organization to develop and execute a strategy around processes and systems, including QA, regulatory and supplier quality, to ensure our customers receive quality products and our company is compliant with regulatory bodies. Joe joined Lake Region Medical in 2012 and held the position of Senior Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs.

Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary
Tim is responsible for ensuring the company is compliant with publicly traded company reporting requirements, executing our intellectual property protection strategy and providing overall legal counsel on day-to-day business activities. Tim has been with Integer since 2007 and held the same position prior to the acquisition.

Senior Vice President and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer (CECO)
Michael is responsible for leading the evolution of a compliance culture. His role will coordinate other functions with compliance accountability and will collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team, other internal stakeholders and external third parties to design and implement the necessary architecture and supporting frameworks to enable sustainable growth founded on ethical decision making and behaviors. Prior to joining Integer, Michael served as Chief Compliance Officer for Orthofix, Inc.
