Mr. Williams was named Chief Executive Officer of DDi in October 2005 after serving as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, from November 2004 to October 2005. Prior to joining DDi, Mr. Williams served as President of Constellation Management Group, LLC, where he provided strategic, operational and financial consulting services to companies in the telecommunications, software and other technology-related industries. Previously, Mr. Williams served as Chief Operating Officer of LNG Holdings, a European telecommunications company, where he oversaw the restructuring and sale of the business.
Mr. Williams began his career as a certified public accountant working as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Williams holds a bachelor of science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University.
