 Brinker is on a 5-4-4 accounting cycle which ends each year on the last Wednesday of June. For specific quarterly end dates, please click on "Event Calendar" and scroll to the bottom of the page.

6.Does Brinker declare dividends? Does Brinker have a dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP) or direct stock purchase plan?
 Brinker has declared dividends since September 2005. Please see the Dividends / Stock Splits page for more information. Brinker does not currently have a direct stock purchase plan or a dividend reinvestment plan in place.

8.What types of food do you serve?
 

(1) Chili's Grill & Bar is well known for its outstanding Big Mouth Burgers® like the Oldtimer® and the Southern Smokehouse Bacon Burger, Big Mouth® Bites as well as the signature Baby Back Ribs.  Chili’s also serves freshly prepared appetizers, chicken, beef and seafood entrees, sandwiches, salads, fajitas and other southwestern and American-style cuisine, desserts and a full service bar featuring an array of leading brands and Chili’s signature margaritas.  Chili’s also provides To-Go service and party platters.

(2) Maggiano's Little Italy restaurants feature both classic and contemporary Italian-American recipes which include homemade pastas, signature salads, prime steaks, fresh fish, regular chef specials and specialty desserts, accompanied by a large selection of wines from acclaimed vintners.  Maggiano’s also offers gluten-free items.  Guests favorites are the Rigatoni “D”®, Baked Ziti & Sausage, Lobster Ravioli, Veal & Mushroom Ravioli al Forno, and the Chocolate Zuccotto Cake.  Private and scaleable banquet rooms can accommodate social, family and business events of all sizes.  These restaurants offer To-Go service and catering as well.
