| Susan C. Schnabel Ms. Schnabel is Managing Director of Credit Suisse in the Asset Management Division and Co-Head of DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. She joined Credit Suisse First Boston in 2000 through the merger of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where she was a Managing Director.
