| Kewsong Lee Mr. Lee is a managing director of Warburg Pincus LLC and a general partner of Warburg Pincus & Co and is currently a member of Warburg Pincus LLC’s Executive Management Group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Lee served as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, Inc.
