PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Livent Corporation (NYSE: LTHM), a leading, global, fully integrated lithium company, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 20,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $17.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on October 11, 2018 under the symbol "LTHM." The offering is expected to close on October 15, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.
In addition, Livent has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 3,000,000 additional shares of common stock at the initial public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions.
