announced that its European affiliate, euroConex, has been awarded the
title of "Merchant Acquirer of the Year" at the Cards International
Global Awards event held in Milan, Italy. The panel of judges cited
the company's strong international expansion and high cross-border
competence as the main drivers for the decision.
Ketil Fridheim, CEO, euroConex Nordic and head of European
marketing, was present to accept the award. "I am immensely proud that

The Cards International Global Award is an annual event. The award
has been established by the international card industry, and the jury
consists of an international panel of judges and commentators. Each
