U.S. Bank Multi Service Aviation to Offer Free GEOS Travel Security Services

OVERLAND PARK, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 3, 2007--Multi Service Aviation, an aviation credit card provider and payment processor with U.S. Bank, has reached an agreement with Travel Safety Group, commonly known as GEOS, to offer current and future Multi Service Aviation Cardholders and their employees free GEOS Traveler basic service, along with discounts on other service packages. The service would otherwise cost $71.40 (U.S. Dollars) per year.

Through this agreement, Multi Service Aviation Cardholders worldwide will be able to take advantage of GEOS' global security, intelligence, and mobile communication solutions and purchase any upgraded services or recurring expenses on the Multi Service Aviation Card. Features of the GEOS Traveler service include the ability to locate a client's GPS cell-phone to an accuracy of 15 feet almost anywhere in the world to render assistance in emergencies or send urgent alert messages of developing serious situations that may affect a traveler's safety.

"We are excited to offer GEOS security programs to our cardholders," said Diane Criswell, vice president of Multi Service Aviation. "Safety and security is a major concern for many of our cardholders, especially those who travel internationally. We are offering the free GEOS Traveler service to help them take control of the risks associated with travel, and GEOS offers the experience, technology, and reliability that make it a top services provider in its industry."

GEOS offers a comprehensive coordinated approach designed to reduce and even eliminate many of the risks involved with corporate and personal travel. By combining specialists from international intelligence, corporate security, advanced technology and communications into a single cooperating group, GEOS is rapidly developing into the largest and most effective organization of its type in the world. Through its Traveler programs, GEOS provides travelers and organizations with multiple integrated safety and security components that work together to ensure overall safety while conducting business throughout the world. Critical areas of travel safety and security are addressed by individual and integrated components of the program.

"This agreement with Multi Service Aviation simplifies the business of ensuring the safety and security of Multi Service Aviation client operations and their employees all under a 'one-stop-shop' concept," said Bob Davis, chief executive officer of GEOS. He went on to state that, "GPS phones registered with our patented GEOS System ensure that members receive relevant and critical information wherever they are in the world. Our GEOS Command and Control Center, through our Global Emergency Monitoring (GEM) system, can notify up to one million members per hour of any emerging threat, which provides proactive emergency information that helps keep travelers safe. We very much look forward to the opportunities this announcement holds and in working with Multi Service Aviation and their cardholders."
