the top ranking for responsiveness and reliability on its credit card
Web site at usbank.com, according to a new study released on March 15
by Keynote.
U.S. Bank ranked number one in site reliability and
responsiveness, which means during the 30-day evaluation period
covered in the study, the site was highly available with little or no
downtime, and customers were able to download pages and complete
transactions quickly.

captures 6,500 data points for each Web site and ranks each site in
more than 40 performance metrics.
