The new U.S. Bank signage is the result of U.S. Bancorp's purchase

now has total deposits of approximately $7 billion in Colorado.

to them and their communities," said John Elmore, executive vice
president of U.S. Bank Community Banking. "The same outstanding
financial services professionals who helped customers as WestStar
bankers will now help customers as members of the U.S. Bank team. Our
customers are important to us and they know they can bank with us when
they want, where they want and on their own terms as U.S. Bank
The name of the bank is changing, however, customer relationships
and most products and services of the former WestStar Bank will remain
the same. WestStar Bank customers with checking accounts will receive
a free order of U.S. Bank checks with new account numbers. New debit,
ATM and check cards with new account numbers will also be sent to
customers. Customers will have more branch locations and ATMs to do
their banking when they travel in U.S. Bank's 24-state footprint.
