U.S. Bank and the Pennsylvania Masons Partner to Offer New Credit Card to Support the Organization

MINNEAPOLIS & PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 9, 2006--The Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Pennsylvania and U.S. Bank have partnered to offer the Pennsylvania Masons Visa(R) Platinum credit card, an affinity and rewards card to support the mission of the organization. Every new card activation and subsequent purchases will generate donations to the Masonic Charities.

The new Visa card features one of four pictures - one depicting an eagle and the American flag, another with a picture of the Masonic Temple in Philadelphia, a third with famous Masons and a fourth dedicated to youth. The 125,000 members will have access to three credit card products from U.S. Bank including a card that earns reward points that can be redeemed for gift certificates, merchandise and travel rewards, and another that provides cash back on purchases. Every Pennsylvania Mason has been encouraged to apply for and use this new Visa card so they can be Masons Helping Masons.

"We are pleased to support the Pennsylvania Masons with this card that helps fellow members embrace their traditions and heritage. We are confident that this card program will be rewarding to their organization as well as their members," said Lynn Heitman, senior vice president of U.S. Bank Retail Payment Solutions.
