U.S. Bancorp Asset Management, Inc., Declares March Distributions for Closed-End Funds

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 2006--U.S. Bancorp Asset Management today declared March distributions for the following funds. The distributions will be allocated on a per-share basis on the common stock. The distributions have a Mar. 1, 2006, ex-dividend date and will be paid on Mar. 22, 2006, to shareholders of record on Mar. 3, 2006.

In addition, Minnesota Municipal Income Portfolio (MXA) has decreased its monthly distribution, beginning with the March distribution. This distribution was decreased to more closely reflect current earnings.
