assistance program to aid residents and businesses suffering damages
from the recent tornado in Madisonville and Hopkins County. The storm
damage assistance program will include reduced rate auto, personal and
small business loans.
Additionally, U.S. Bank has set up a special account to collect
funds for the Salvation Army and the American Red Cross Chapter Local
Disaster Fund. Those who would like to contribute to the tornado

U.S. Bank's storm damage assistance program is for any consumer or
small business affected by the storm in Hopkins County and includes
personal loans available at a reduced rate. Also, U.S. Bank's home
equity loans at a reduced rate, with no closing cost. Additionally,
U.S. Bank will offer special loans for repairs or replacement of
autos.

damage assistance program will run through January 31, 2006.
U.S. Bank will employ its standard credit qualification procedures
for all loan requests in the storm damage assistance program. To
participate in the storm damage assistance program consumers or small
business owners should have proof of damage, such as insurance forms,
estimates of repair costs or other documentation.
