NOVA Appoints Stuart Harvey President of NOVA Information Systems and Chairman of euroConex

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 26, 2005--NOVA Information Systems (NOVA) has appointed Stuart C. Harvey, Jr. to the position of president of NOVA and chairman of euroConex Technologies Ltd., NOVA's European affiliate. Harvey will be responsible for driving the company's global merchant acquiring business. He joined NOVA in April 2003 and, based in Dublin, Ireland, led the company's international expansion, directing all business development and merger and acquisition initiatives for euroConex.

Harvey and his family have relocated to Atlanta. Prior to joining NOVA, Harvey was a managing director with the investment banking firm of Piper Jaffray in Minneapolis. He is a graduate of Saint John's University in Minnesota, earned a law degree from The National Law Center at The George Washington University and an MBA from The J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
